A quick message that merited publishing immediately:
The 33 Miners that have been trapped for over 17 days in the north of Chile are alive!
Fantastic news! Yes, one of the drills finally made its way to the tunnel where the miners were trapped and when it was raised plastic bags with messages inside was attached to the drill! The most prominent message was written in red ink “Estamos bien en el refugio los 33″ or “We are fine in the shelter the 33 (miners)”. There were also other notes and messages from the trapped miners to their family.
The photo of the message above was taken from TV the moment the President officially gave Chile the good news (hence the low quality).
