Una Parrillada Chilena

La parrillada es una variedad de carnes con papas puestas sobre un tipo de brasero, el cual tiene carbón encendido por debajo de este. El brasero se pone en la mesa y se sigue cociendo la carne. Generalmente lo sirven así en los restaurantes.

A “Parrillada” is a variety of meats with potatoes put on a brazier which has hot coal under it which continues to cook the meat. The brazier it placed on the table where each person can serve the meat they want. There are restaurants that specialize in this called Parrilladas.

I absolutely love Parrilladas!!! It’s a great way of sharing a meal amongst friends.
